Prices are per active person and before tax; Paddle works out VAT or sales tax in its checkout. Paid seats follow your active people and are only lowered by you. Read the refund policy and the terms.
Questions
Do I need a credit card to try Loopin?
No. A paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and asks for no card. You choose a plan and pay in Billing before the trial ends. Until then you can use everything. If you do nothing, the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still read and export their own data, and nothing is deleted.
How is the price worked out?
Per active person, per month. Yearly billing saves 20%. Your paid seats follow the number of active people: when someone joins, your seats grow and Paddle charges the difference for the rest of the period. They never shrink on their own; you lower them yourself in Billing.
What happens when we go over 10 people on Free?
The Free plan is for up to 10 people (invited people count). To add the next person you choose a paid plan. If a paid plan ends and you have more than 10 people, the workspace becomes read-only until you are back under the limit or subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
Who takes the payment, and what about tax?
Paddle is our reseller and merchant of record. It takes the payment, issues the invoice and works out and pays VAT or sales tax where it applies. Prices on this page are before tax; the final amount is shown in Paddle’s checkout.
Can we cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel any time in Billing and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your first payment for a paid plan can be refunded within 14 days. The details are in the refund policy.
Do you offer discounts or an invoice with a purchase order?
For larger companies, charities or a purchase-order process, contact sales and we will arrange it.
Where is our data, and who can see it?
See the security page and the list of sub-processors. Tasks and direct chats are private to the people in them. Face data is only used for attendance, only with each person’s consent.
